   The price for a 2 bed/1 bath starts at $1,199. The price for a 2 bed/ 2 bath starts at $1,269.

Dogs are not allowed, but we do allow cats. There is a one-time fee of $250.00 when moving in, and $25.00 a month. 

Residents are responsible for paying for gas (Consumers Energy), and electricity (DTE). 

We have a community swimming pool, as well as 24-hour maintenance and on-site management. We also provide an online resident portal for payment, and flexible rental payments with flex. 

There is a washer/dryer provided in every apartment. 

Requirements for application include, no evictions on your credit, and income grossing over $3,600.00 monthly. 

The application fee is $140.00. 

We have open parking, and provide limited carports for $30.00 monthly, upon availability.
